To worry or not to worry this is the question. If you are a person who worries about your kids, life, the economy, the world, whatever do you find that this helps the situation? It has been shown that 85% of the time to worry is unwarranted and only causes stress on you and others around you. I know for a fact that it can play havoc on your blood pressure and overall health. So what is one to do?
Begin by putting certain things in place for yourself. For example watching your thoughts and catching where they are going. To spiral and worry is not helping the situation. If you have reason for concern take action. If not release it to the universe and pray for the best for all concerned to happen. Living in fear is not the answer. Think about living in love, it might help.
