According to sources, buying American made products will increase the demand for it. Where there is an increase in demand, there must be an increase in supply (economics 101). This would not only result in the development of more plants and factories (which would create more job opportunities) but in increased salaries for the employees of those companies and manufacturers as well. By helping US corporations, we would be helping the health of our economy in the long run and expanding American buying power. Although they are more likely to uphold safer environmental and manufacturing processes, many American companies simply cannot compete with the pricing options and affordability provided by offshore multinational corporations. There are many that support this view and those that oppose it. There is nothing wrong with buying goods overseas. We do what we have to do, and ultimately,  it is the consumer’s choice. Quality made goods are quality made goods, regardless of where they were made (as long as it wasn’t in a sweat shop where young children and the elderly are exploited :((  ) Each of us can make an economic difference.

Mobile Moms supports contributing to goods made in the U.S. That is why the Toastie Toddler along with the new line of POD XPs coming out will be made in the U.S.

As cute as the name POD XP may sound, it brings all that you might want in a baby’s comfort blanket. It’s breathable, windproof, and 100% waterproof. It can also be lengthened as your baby grows so he’ll be snug and comfy in his stroller or car seat wherever he goes. He’ll be kept as snug and safe as a pea in a pod :) . The POD XP is something you can pass down to another family member, friend, or neighbor.
